Treatment coordinator position with fast track to upper management!
We are seeking a Treatment Coordinator with the potential to move into the assistant manager or office manager position. Heavy patient contact includes discussing treatment plans, coordinating financial arrangements and scheduling appointments. Our office is expanding, an the ideal candidate would have a passion for cosmetics to help assist our patients with our sophisticated cosmetic dental services. You must be a positive person with superb organizational skills, a self-starter, detail-oriented and have the ability to multi-task with calm and poise. Professional appearance and attitude are key. College degree and PracticeWorks computer experienced preferred but not required. Must be computer literate. Dental/medical office experience or customer service background a plus. However, we are open-minded and will consider any candidate we feel has outstanding characteristics. We offer a great working environment and an excellent benefits package. Hygiene coordinator needed!
We are looking for a Hygiene Coordinator to keep our dental hygiene schedule full. Must possess superb interpersonal skills and be able to convince patients that their treatment plan is essential. Professional appearance and attitude, positive outlook and the ability to be a team player are key. Strong computer skills, organization, the ability to multi-task and an attention to detail are necessary. Customer service, sales or psychology background are a plus.
